Do you need a good scare? Your desire for a good scare around Halloween and beyond could be good for you. The rush of a good haunted house, scary movie and other frightful thing are shown to give a boost in your immune system.

Researchers conducted by Coventry University concluded that people get an increase in their white blood cell count after watching a horror flick. The same boost in the immune system happens when a person gets an infection. So eat healthy and indulge in the awesome haunted houses we have in the metro, and keep soaking in those scary movies. I thinking this might be why the Halloween season is a good feeling time for many. I know several folks that enjoy Halloween more than Christmas. See more details here.
