A toddler was fined $75 for littering. An envelope with the child’s name was found in an alley behind her home which prompted a fine delivered by mail to the two-year-old. The father Chuck Westover, is not happy, “That’s insane that they would do that to a 2-year-old, and we’re the ones always asking for the city to come out and clean up the alley.”
Mama Theresa thought the ticket would be rescinded because it was given to a two-year-old, “I explained that she’s not legally responsible for actions at the age of two and asked if she would rescind the ticket,” the response. “And she basically said she wouldn’t rescind the ticket. I asked to speak to her supervisor and I left a message for him but I haven’t heard back from anybody.” See what finally happened here from WTSP.
