Which light therapy is productive in the work place? That question is being researched. Many believe light therapy can even help people recover from cancer. In the work place it’s all about balancing the hormones serotonin, and cortisol.
QZ.com reports Mark Rea, director of research as saying, “The better the lighting, the more information I can gather—whether I’m reading a paper or I’m enjoying a painting in a museum, or watching my kids play in the backyard.
