Quitting a Job Gives Better Heath

By: Beau Daniels

Did you ever think that quitting a job could make you healthy? If you don’t have the financial stress of unemployment it appears to be true. Research of 25,000 people shows an improvement in healthy lifestyle. Daily Mail has Dr Melody Ding saying, ‘A major life change like retirement creates a great window of opportunity to make positive lifestyle changes. It’s a chance to get rid of bad routines and engineer new, healthier behaviors.’

This all breaks down to an hour and half more exercise a week, more sleep, not sitting on your derriere for more than an hour less a day, and an amazing half of women quit smoking. Check the stats here.
