If you have a problem with insomnia, it’s likely because of your addiction with social media. Researcher Jessica C. Levenson, speaks in the Daily Mail story, “This is one of the first pieces of evidence that social media use really can impact your sleep, and it uniquely examines the association between social media use and sleep among young adults who are, arguably, the first generation to grow up with social media.”
I can relate to the research saying, on average we spend over an hour a day on social media and click more than 30 sites. Personally, Periscope occupy’s too much of my time for sleep.
