Here are the questions and answers to our custard-filled Paczki Day edition of Bobby & Stacey’s Five Question Quiz.

  1. What is Aretha Franklin doing for the first time in 30 years?

Getting on an airplane. According to one source, her last time in the air was in 1983 when she had a bad experience on a twin-engine flight that resulted in her fear of flying. Another source has her saying that the fear just “came on suddenly” in 1984. Nevertheless, she is now determined to overcome her fear with a flight to Chicago.

“I’ve got friends that are going to fly with me,” Aretha said on The Meredith Vieira Show. “Pastor Shirley Caesar, a neighbor, and a good friend Reverend Jesse Jackson says he’s coming too, but I’ll believe that when I see it.”

Good luck Aretha!
