De La Soul is not dead.

The hip-hop group has signed a multi-year deal with Kobalt Label Services. Their crowdfunding Kickstarter campaign was a success as they raised $600,000 for the next album, And The Anonymous Nobody, which was produced by De La Soul and Dave West.

“I’m highly anticipating this relationship with Kobalt. After doing so much research with our team I think this is the best situation for this project based on its history and enthusiasm to help us face all the challenges in today’s industry,” says Maseo, according to AllHipHop.

The album is scheduled to be released April 26, 2016.
