The tour kicks of on June 21st in Columbus, Ohio at Nationwide Arena and runs through July 24th when it wraps in Edmonton, AB at Rexall Place. The “Rock Paper Scissors” jaunt will be similar to Sting’s recent outings with Paul Simon, featuring separate sets between the duo, with a mixing of material and musicians throughout. The jaunt marks the first time the pair has teamed up on the road since 1988 when they — along with Bruce Springsteen — toured as part of the international “Human Rights Now” tour benefiting Amnesty International.

Sting spoke about the much-anticipated double bill saying, “I’m very happy that we’re taking the chance to experiment this way. I think people will be intrigued, I certainly am.” Peter Gabriel added: “What intrigues me is that you get a good bunch of musicians together and interesting things will happen.”
