Contestants in televised singing competitions have been covering John Fogerty’s songs for years, but now some hopeful up-and-coming vocalists will get actual advice from the Creedence Clearwater Revival leader himself.
Last night Fogerty’s official twitter account tweeted, “John joins NBC’s “The Voice” as Adam Levine‘s advisor. #TeamAdam.”
And it seems that Adam’s Maroon 5 bandmates are excited about the news as well, as they tweeted “Welcome @John_Fogerty as @adamlevine’s Advisor on this season of @NBCTheVoice. #TheVoice.” Perhaps this could lead to a collaboration?
