Los Angeles’ FYF Fest has been building momentum over the past few years as one of the quietly best music festivals of the summer for real music heads—and this year, it looks like they’ll be cementing that reputation even further.
Today, the two-day festival announced its lineup and there’s no shortage of pleasant surprises. For one, the headliners are two notoriously elusive artists: Morrissey and Frank Ocean. It’s almost equally impressive that the festival locked down both artists when Morrissey only ended up playing a handful of dates last year after repeatedly canceling shows and Ocean has been a shut-in since he released his beloved 2013 Channel Orange.
Outside of those exciting artists, the festival also tapped D’Angelo and the Vanguard, FKA Twigs, Solange, Jesus & Mary Chain, Belle & Sebastian, Run the Jewels and more.
