The Bill WardOzzy Osbourne continues, and it looks like neither side is giving in.

After a Facebook message earlier this week in which Ward, the former drummer of Black Sabbath, lamented his recent treatment by the rest of the band and said he would not take part in any of their musical endeavors until an apology was extended, Osbourne returned comment not with a cease fire—in fact, quite the opposite.

“I never wanted to discuss this in a public forum but Bill’s statements left me no option to but to respond honestly,” Osbourne started on his official website before asking Ward.

“I cannot apologize for comments or opinions I may have made about you in the press during Sabbath’s “13” album and tour… Tony, Geezer and myself didn’t think you could have done a two hour set with a drum solo every night, so we made the decision to move on. With Tony’s condition we felt that time was not on our side.”
