If you go to a sporting event, chances are, at at least one point, you’ll hear Journey‘s multi-purpose anthem “Don’t Stop Believin.'”
If you were at game three of the National League Division Series between the San Francisco Giants and Washington Nationals, you would have had been treated to hearing the song sung by former Journey head honcho Steve Perry.
The frontman, who has become known in his later career years for keeping a low profile, made a rare appearance last night at the AT&T stadium, where he was rooting for his team, the Giants, and conducted the crowd in singing his band’s famed inspirational track.
Unfortunately it didn’t help the Giants to beat the Nationals, who won 4-1.
