Woman Will Not Give Halloween Candy To Obese Kids

I know we have an obesity problem especially with kids, but is this going too far? A woman has decided to profile trick-or-treaters she thinks are “moderately obese,” and give them letters instead of Halloween candy. The letters are addressed to the parents and informs them that their children appear to be “moderately obese.” She sates in the UPI story, “I just want to send a message to the parents of kids that are really overweight … I think it’s just really irresponsible of parents to send them out looking for free candy just ’cause all the other kids are doing it,” I’m contributing to their health problems and really, their kids are everybody’s kids. It’s a whole village.” IMO, she is causing more damage to the kids, than good.
