Town Votes On Ability To Shoot Down Drones

Author: Beau Daniels

Look like one town does not like Drones or what is called, unmanned surveillance vehicles. The Deer Trail town board voted Tuesday on a proposal that would allow the shooting down of Drones. Because the boards vote was a 3-3 tie, it now goes to a vote by the 550 residents. WTSP reports that the proposal would allow licensed residents to shoot down drones using a 12 gauge shotgun, and give them a bounty from $25 to $100. I like this, keep big brother, and voyeurs out of the sky where a person lives.
