My buddy Murphy and I have volunteered to assist the Michigan Humane Society raise funds to help sustain their animal population.

From now till April 28th, I will be asking for donations, with of goal of $5,000, to get me out of the “doghouse”.  $156 is the amount needed to care for one animal.

Click on this link to take you to Murphy’s and my donation page to find out more and to help.

The donation period culminates with the Society’s 24th annual “Bow Wow Brunch”  Sunday, April 28, at the Dearborn Inn.  The event begins at 11:30 a.m. with a champagne reception, silent auction, and the opportunity to mingle with adoptable animals. A gourmet brunch and live auction will follow. The auctions will feature a variety of exclusive items for pets and the people who love them.

Tickets to the Bow Wow Brunch are $200 and seating is limited. To reserve your tickets, call 248-283-5634 (weekdays, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.).

Murphy is my 6 year old Soft Coated Wheaton Terrier and he and I thank you very much for your help!
