I know, it sounds nuts, but what if it works? Cara Alwill Leyba, who writes for MTV, claims eating anything you want, as long as you stay in the 1200-1400 calorie range per day will melt those pounds off. Oh yeah, and chase it with a glass or two of bubbly! Makes sense, right?
