After months of speculation on [lastfm link_type=”artist_info”]The Who[/lastfm]’s next tour, the dreaded R-word has come from Roger Daltrey’s mouth. And now, we may soon see the last of The Who as we know them.

The Who frontman told that he plans to sing for only a few more years before focusing full-time on being an artist, his current hobby.

“I’ll start painting then, I do a bit of daubing in my spare time, but I know that when I start that seriously it’s going to have to be serious, there won’t be room for anything else.'”

Roger only sees two or three more years left in his singing career before he settles down and focuses on his artwork. Originally, there were rumors buzzing about big plans for The Who this year. But Roger recently doubted the band’s future, and now his own.

So the benefit performance at Royal Albert Hall next month may be your last chance to catch The Who in its purest possible form.
