I saw this beer called Edmund Fitzgerald Porter in a party store yesterday. On the 35th anniversary of the great ships sinking, I thought I’d ask: Any body think naming a beer after a shipwreck is..a little weird?
Cleveland, Ohio based Great lakes Brewing Company has a beer in stores you might have seen called Edmund Fitzgerald Porter, a bittersweet, chocolate-coffee flavored ale called a tribute to the great ship that frequently docked in Cleveland, where the beer is made.
